Does anyone think as the government officials say that the suicide mania is a good way to control population?

i do think this is also a way because officials don't compel people to suicide so there is no problem in claiming that suicide mania is a way to reduce population

But its not the government's fault that people are suiciding but the the government is very silent about the policy though it yields results
